Revasive ("we," "our," or "us") operates an early-access waitlist for our 3D scanning platform. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you join that waitlist, how we use it, and how we protect it. By submitting your information, you agree to the practices described here.

When you join the waitlist, we collect the following information:
- Full name — to personalise communications
- Email address — required, to contact you about early access and product updates
- Company or organisation name — optional, to understand our audience
- Location (city, country) — optional, for regional launch planning
We do not collect payment information, government-issued identification, precise geolocation data, or any other sensitive personal information.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used exclusively to:
- Notify you when early access or the product becomes available
- Send occasional product updates and announcements directly relevant to the Revasive waitlist
- Respond to any enquiries you initiate with us
We will not send unsolicited marketing communications unrelated to Revasive.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share your data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: Trusted cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., storage) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Legal requirements: If required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a valid legal process (such as a court order).
Any third-party service providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information until the earliest of the following:
- You request deletion of your data;
- The Revasive product publicly launches and the waitlist is closed; or
- Two (2) years from the date of your submission.
After this period, your data will be securely deleted or anonymised.

7. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Submitted data is stored in encrypted, access-controlled cloud storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
This service is not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated to waitlist members via email. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
